these scores are pretty lol compared to mine. i have 15g on betrayal. like 32g on reality and 8g on since 1983

keep playing files that are just beyond your speed limit and eventually you'll be able to do them and bam speed increase

I hate Betrayal.. most days I can't do any better than teens PA with several misses, other days I can low SDG until the very end gets me because of nerves. There's no technique just blindly mash the song until you get lucky one day.

i find betrayal to be pretty easy and i can consistently get teens PA on it. unlick reality which is loads harder lmao i dont think ive broken 20s PA and when i do i have tons of averages and misses

Best way to build speed = SM rates

Find a slow streamy file (like Quasar) and keep increasing the rate by 0.1 until you find a rate that's difficult to AA. The reason I say to pick a slow file is so that the bpm doesn't increase by a ridiculous amount each time you jump up a rate, i.e. you want a pretty low delta. Quasar being 155bpm will increase in speed by 15.5bpm for each subsequent rate, whereas something like Reality will increase by 26bpm. A notch up in speed by 15.5bpm is much more manageable than something like 26bpm, which might feel like an astronomical jump when reaching freakishly high bpms.

Start playing around on Quasar 1.3 and see how far up you can get. Pick a few other streamy files too, you can even consider working backwards by playing some faster files (#est, Disregard) on 0.9 rate until 1.0 truly becomes comfortable.
