StepMania in a Window?

I saw this in a couple of videos, and I was wondering how the heck you do this. o_O It'd rlly be useful for me, since I multi-task, and minimizing just becomes to hard on the computer(it sucks). Does anyone know how to get StepMania in a window?

Press Alt (and) Enter when in stepmania to make it Windowed Mode

Does this work with other full-screen programs, as well?

No. The keystrokes are usually different for each program.

Also, once in SM you can go to appearances I think in options.

Stepmania 3.9 cvs will crash in windowed mode if you edit a song.

you mean stepmania 4.0 cvs crash not 3.9 cvs.
