Default Northwing Fury I

This is not a new song. In fact, it's the second song I've created, nearly a month ago. It's mostly an experimental drum and bass song:

As some of you hopefully know, this is fairly different from what I usually create. It's also, by far, my most divisive song (people either prefer it above all my others or dislike it). I've been criticized due to the percussion by some, is it really that bad? If so, how can I improve it?

I made a big revision on the percussion, but I'm not sure if it's quite there yet:

wow the fm-sounding stuff in this song reminds me a lot of alexander brandon's older stuff, really cool.

the percussion sucks yes. the easy way to do dnb percussion is to go to the net and get some random dnb sample and then cut it up with slicex and just use it as a drumkit instead.
