really bad shoulder injury

so i was at hockey practice scrimaging last night and someone checked me and i fell down against the boards and i felt my left shoulder kind of roll against it. so i got off the ice and i discovered that i couldnt even raise my hand above my head. about half way my arm just stopped. i didnt get any sleep last night and im seeing a doctor thismorning. wish me luck. and damn it took a long time typing this one handed.
