I fell asleep at 5:00 PM today. I just woke up (7:00PM) and came downstairs and told my dad what a great night's sleep I had. He told me I was asleep for a little under 2 hours. I feel like I've slep 12 hours, though. I even took a piss signifying the morning. So all I have to say is:

WHAT.

THE.

HELL.

if you havent been getting alot of sleep lately you could have had rem rebound and have gotten a lot of rem sleep, that could be what made you feel so refreshed.

That makes sense. I was on a plane ride the other night that went from 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM. It was absolutely brutal.
