Default Best Concert

What is the best concert you've ever been to?

Mine is As I Lay Dying/The Black Dahlia Murder/The Haunted/It Dies Today. That was a great show. But I'm seeing Dream Theater in a few weeks, so that might change.

Default RE: Best Concert

I have been to one and only one concert.

It was Story of the Year / POD / Hoobastank / Linkin Park for the Meteora World Tour. I loved it. SotY sucked, of course. The others were great.

I missed LP's encore. Poo that I actually had school the next day.

~Squeek

Ps - Yes, I pretty much hate every one of those bands now. Sue me.

Seamus Stout and Seven Nations.

Although the [local band]/Apples in Stereo/Clinic concert was really good, too.

Vash, my sister went to Anger Management when it came through Dallas and rode in Lil' Jon's Krunk Van.

I saw Weird Al in concert. PURE AWESOME. The only way it could have been better would be if he played Albequerque.

They're coming to Portland in a month or two

Nine Inch Nails and Queens of the Stone Age are also having a concert together on September 27th in Portland, which is 3 hours from my house.

Sweet. I'd have to say the best concert I went to (music-wise) was Moon Monkeys (Space Monkeys?) Nu-tron and The Aquabats. There were other bands, but I forgot who they were.

But my favorite concert was watching the Espace Orchestra in Japan preform various popular anime scores. It was fairly boring, but because I was watching it with the girl I am currently infatuated with it was pretty rad. Halfway through one of the songs there was a poweroutage, so the girl I was with said "let's get out of here." The moment we stood up the lights came on, so we ran out the door into the rain. It was fun.

High-five brutha.

I also went to X-Fest (yearly concert held by 91X, a local radio station) one year. That was pretty cool. Offspring was the main attraction, and there were a bunch of other cool bands there. I don't remember who. Oh, and Richard Cheese was there 8)

We have an X-fest, but I'm assuming it's not the same one, because I live in West Virginia, and you probably don't. I think Mudvayne is coming this year. Should be interesting.

Only concert I've ever been to was last month. I went to Warped Tour, it was great.

Fallout Boy/Dropkick Murphys/Suicide Machines/My Chemical Romance/Offspring/The Starting Line, and a bunch of other bands.

My favorite concert would have been the Detroit Symphony Orchestra's Final Fantasy concert, but my parents dicked me out of that one.

That that leaves my favorite concert being Chick Corea and Touchstone. That was great jazz. It was on my birthday...which in a way was nice, but I'm kind of bitter about that when my parents bought tickets and asked me to go, they did not realize the concert was my birthday. :P

But it was still pretty damn good (even though Jazz in not really my thing).
