The Undercover Apple Project (Previews!)

Hi everyone!

Some of you may have played or listened to my DjMeas tracks in ITG before, and quite of few of you have totally FCed Infinite Blue here on FFR (I can hardly beat it lol)!

I started a side project called The Undercover Apple about two years ago to start putting together the songs I've written for guitar, the poetry I've written over the years, and my love for electronic music. When I first started the project, I pulled a lot of influence from Postal Service, Owl City, and I Hate This Place. All are great at what they do! After spending the last 2 years trying to focus on my music/lyric writing and trying to find my voice (I can't sing at all), I've settled with the direction of the side project. In fact, It's not longer a side project but what I plan to do musically moving forward.

Here's a few previews of some of the tracks I've already sequenced and recorded. I plan to create an 8 track mini-album with 4 vocal songs and 4 short interludes. Some are further along than others The album definite may change over time as I put things together and is very much a work-in-progress.

WARNING! There's some sort of CLIPPING in the beginning, it's not part of the track but I uploaded it multiple times to soundcloud and it keeps coming with it!

The Door Maker is nearly done! A lot of little tweaking to do and more variation in some of the patterns.

aaaaaaaaaahh holy shit this is so goddamn good!

would've liked a bit more reverb or something on the chorus to give it a bit of a choire-y feel, but this still sounds sick as hell. can't wait for the CD~

I totally agree too! I'm trying to find a local choir to come and add backing vocals for something very grand at the end. Thanks for the support sir!
