how the heck do you concentrate with these kind of backgrounds!? i dont understand you people lol. insane on how you can AAA that...

Can you tell me how to concentrate with those kind of songs? i get distracted easily =P

its basically something you just need to memorize. im pretty sure all the great players that was aaad it have played it so often they just know the patterns down by heart so the background doesn't hurt them as much as a novice

Ever noticed that, when you play this song in mp, the music starts when you're finished loading even if your opponent hasn't even started? The background does too. That's how I FC'ed it.

I loaded the song and asked my opponent to wait a bit. When it was about 15 seconds from finishing, I told him to load it. The background was at the end, and became white. I could concentrate on arrows. This bug is pretty cool :P

They need to add a feature that toggle backgrounds/animations off already. It's just not fun at all.

I remember there was a program that said it got rid of the backgrounds. I never got it to work though.

I never memorized it. I just strained my eyes to try and read it. It's like reading ITG course mods to me. xD

Just play them over and over and after a while, you hardly even notice the backgrounds because you've gotten the hang of the songs.

First off, they're never gonna get rid of the backgrounds. They add to the heritage/history of FFR. On another note, I've heard that dimming your computer monitor can make the backgrounds less noticeable.

Well my eyesight is already fuccen terrible so yeah, basically had to memorize P4U in order to AAA :/

Don't worry, I'm pretty sure we won't be getting any new background songs lol

Party 4u is deliberately stepped to be easy to follow. Repetitive rhythms that follow very formulatic patterns. If it was something like He's a Radical Rat that had a video background then I'd be worried.
