Need a help with paint

So can someone give me a link to somewhere that I can download paint onto a computer? Becuase at this hotel they dont have paint and I am trying to post an unrecorded score I got for the 5th Official FFR Tournament. I got 8-0-0-0 on Garyuutensei and it didnt record and I want to get the SS to LD so that he can put the score on the dashboard.

I believe regardless the score has to record for it to be counted this year
