Default I am a photographer in the works.

I was wandering if you would look at the photos i have taken and give me your honest feedback

I adore constructiveness.

Please and thank you.

are you using auto adjust exposure? you have an interesting taste in angles, that near 5 degree shot of the photo is probably my favorite because you hardly see any shots taken below 10 degrees, not many people like to get down low for the fun angle shots. Keep up the work, I like that glove shot that picks up only the purple (photoshopped or is that just an amazing camera and lens filter you used?)

The dreading the mornings, next wonka, and the sled looked liked the best ones. Some of them were kinda iffy and they didn't really have that photographer look to them. Try to edit the photos a bit more so they have a professional look to them. The next wonka was a good start in terms of editing but there needs to be more done in some of the pictures.

Other than that, not bad. Post some more stuff when you get the time.

Today's random fact: These are not good at all.

I'm sorry, and I don't mean to be blunt, but in the world of artistic photography, these are poor at best. You have a long.....long road ahead of you.

You don't need to be a professional photographer to be able to give criticism.
What you said is a dumb way of saying: "I'd like to see you do it better then."

All in all, these pics are pretty generic and pictures of yourself or the way you photographed your sister usually have no artistic feeling at all.
They give more of a camwhore kind of feeling. Try to be original in your shots.

edit: possibly move this thread to 32bit rgb? Seems more fitting in that forum.

Nonononononono this is the worst thing you can do bro. Especially when you're just beginning you wanna learn about the different camera settings that affect a photo, not shooping your stuff. Trust me, I do photography too, it takes time.

oh my ****ing GOD turn down the contrast

Honestly, these are myspace quality at best. Attempt to incorporate less trendy angles (dynamic angles aren't bad, but most of yours are WOO OVER THE HEAD SO MYSPACE), and use more subjects than people and people alone. Or, should you choose to continue taking pictures of people, vary them, make them genuinely interesting, not something so casual, should you want to be taken seriously. Also try not to use the flash so much, it really washes out your pictures; look into natural lighting (ie, the sun) or other external lighting to add depth to your compositions.

None of these are interesting or good looking imo. Maybe the last one, but it just looks like a snapshot.

I have firefox Izzy. Maybe it's my computer; I don't have the fonts installed to display it correctly I guess.
Anyway, OP do you have a Canon? It looks like you used color accent in the purple gloves photo. If you do look into CHDK. It's a modified firmware for most Canons that gives you a crap load of more options to play with.

I think the reason they have a snap shot feel is because.
My camera is nothing special.
Its a Kodak esayshare C613
Nothing more then a digital camera
But i am looking into getting a rebel xti.
But its not going to be till feburary when i can afford it.

Try practicing more.
Take less self portraits.

There are many online resources that can help you.
