Weiß Schwarz

Well I suppose it's not necessarily a video game, but there's not sections for card games. :< Anyone ever played this crazy thing? Apparently it's a card game that uses all kinds of anime and manga characters in your typical trading card game type of fashion. I got a glimpse of the game at my university's anime club one day but was completely lost; anyone wanna try and explain what it is exactly? It looks pretty interesting for what I could gather. :>
