Arrows don't show up when song starts

I've been playing FFR again after a long time and stumbled upon this bug more than once. At some point, the arrows for any song don't show up anymore. The level starts normally and so does the music. This happens both on velocity and standard FFR engine.

Additional info: i'm using a mac with the latest flash player version available.

0/empty offset? If so, change to offset 1

Speedmods can mess with things a bit if there is an odd number at the end. Things like 1.75 / 1.95 / 1.80 / 2.0 seem to work for everyone, but things like 1.96 / 1.89 etc. tend to be problems depending on the user/flash

Playing on browser.

Speedmod is 2.2, and offset is 0 (which is by default anyway)

Also, the problem presents itself after a while i am playing. So, the conditions are all the same, but at some point the game is borked and i am sad.

Try clearing your entire cache, along with basically resetting your browser by deleting history/cookies/etc.

I had this problem when I came back not long ago and that fixed it right up.

Make sure that you don't have a space before or after the offset number. This has happened to me on a few random occasions and it used to drive me crazy trying to figure out why things weren't working properly.

Also, be sure that none of your mapped keys or other characters were inserted into the offset box - I used to have a problem with the decimal point being inserted into the offset box even when I was trying to set a speed.

Alright, it seems that for some odd reason the offset was set to 0.2 - setting it back to 0 solved the problem. Thanks for the help!

Offset only works on intervals of 1, so decimals break it. I really do have to fix tiny bugs like this one of theses days.

I only have this problem when doing r^2 in standalone. Still havent been able to fix it. I'll try some of the methods above.
