credit problem

I just wentto play R1 and realized my credit total was only 492.(I used to have 13492). does anyone know what might have caused this or has this hapenned to anyone else? plz help I wanna play force of light =(

I p;ay for a little while and then i get off. i sign off of my screename. Then when i log back in my credits are missing...i have 1294.. and i had about 1500..
I really would like your help to solve the problem..
