In before lock, which is a breaking the rules, postwhoring, 24 hour ban when you post nb4l or in before lock, he's done it multiple times and admins/mods are doing **** all about it.

stop giving him attention just report and ignore, anyway why would you even want to play those files? From looking at your level rank you could work on so much more before even touching them.
