Man, I miss summer
Yeah. The kind where you can slack off and do nothing for 3 months.

Re: Man, I miss summer
Yeah...me too. I miss the summer vacations to Disney World, England, or Schlitterbahn (before one opened in Galveston).
I'm either working full-time with no courses during the summer or working part-time with some courses during the summer. But since I'm going to college for the summer this year, I might be going to England with the family for Christmas (and maybe New Years). I was up there for Christmas back in 2001. TEN ****ING YEARS! |

Re: Man, I miss summer
Travellin' around the world with Dossar
If I ever go to Indonesia in the summer, it's usually the entire month of July. I went again last summer with my family to meet cousins - after a large gap of around 4-5 years last visit. Then you also have other places to visit like Japan and whatever else. |

I haven't gone anywhere outside of Canada since I went to Malaysia with my mom. That was when I was 3.

Re: Man, I miss summer
The job is sometimes stressful but that's not the impetus itself -- it's mainly just the notion of having responsibilities and timesinks. When you're young and out of school, you can do whatever the hell you want for weeks on end.
