I'd feel more confident with confirmed masons still alive in the later game. If they're set to be lynched then they'll claim so the lynch pool will narrow regardless of whether they claim now or later. If they claim now then we'll save some time and effort on deliberations, but we'll also lose our three MVP's right off the get-go.
