Are the guidelines for submitting these charts the same as the normal batches, which require a .dwi file, specific folder names, and the difficulty not on beginner or edit? The OP was a bit vague on...

Well the color was easy enough to edit, a simple gray does seem to work better. I also added a slight shadow to the text for some depth.
