I'm not quite sure, but I think it goes as follows:

Blue arrows= 1/4th notes
Red arrows= 1/8th notes
Yellow arrows= 1/16th notes.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

There is no way to wipe out only the hacked scores. If they clean out the high scores, they have to clean out all of them, that includes all the legitimate high scores.
