Just a random question. When you sat the tourney starts at 12:00 p.m. on Sept. 20th, did you maybe mean 12 a.m.?
12 a.m. = midnight
12 p.m. = noon
Just seems off for there to be a twelve hour gap...

I have tried it myself. I've run fraps in combo with Vista/FFR, and I get 90FPS. So, not sure where you're getting that information about max framerates.
