You're obviously missing my point. BPM is relative. A score may say 80BPM in 4/4 but the director could just as easily conduct it in cut time at 40BPM. It's really not a difficult concept, old sport.

i.e. 8 measures of 180bpm then immediately 8 measures of 200bpm.
