Wow I never considered this - thanks! I did up the speedmod from 1.75 to 2.15 and that seems to be about right for me. Let's see if some of these other tips help... I really like R^3 overall.

Colorful Course, Makiba and Gravity Blast seem the most manageable overall. I am not quite at the level of getting Oni yet but very close. I'm guessing when I do it will be one of the above.

Not happening to me this round! First run after just waking up (like Mollo) was a disaster. Improved to 12-1-0-4 on second play. I can get better than that but I'm officially worried now!

Wow a lot of these Round 4 files look awesome. D4's looks much tougher - needless to say, I don't think we are going to see 34 AAAs. The D1 file actually looks like a lot of fun as well!

Anyone think D4 is going to be AAA or die now? I didn't at first but now I am not so sure, especially with many of the names sitting in the white (and even yellow) that are capable of AAA.

This kind of thing always helps me. I now make it a point to play some crazy 80+ file I can't handle like Unicron Barbeque or ELEVEN 11 and then when I go back to an easier file I can usually AAA on...

I'm doing well so far - the fact that I'm actually competing in D4 and not getting destroyed is pretty cool. The next round will really tell the tale, however, as I doubt we will see 35+ AAAs

I think you'll be ok at 1g - my guess at this point is we might get 5-6 more AAAs but that should be it. And my other guess is that one of those 5-6 AAA's will be elvis236 :-D

I like it too - it tests players on a lot of different skills (bursts, rolls, mini-jacks etc.) and seems like a good first-round tournament file.
