I wouldn't mind if they weren't so erratic like when you have seemingly double notes but they are actually 2 in quick succession instead of being in the same order they switch order almost...

I know Dream Theater aren't really against P2P (infact I know for a fact that Mike their drummer likes that his band is being p2p shared) so I'm sure it wouldn't be too hard to get their permission...
