I'll admit ITG has it's gems, but it has some god-awful tracks as well! Same as DDR - more recently songs like Saber Wing have quickly become my favourites, but in that same mix their are dreadful...

If 118.53 is too fast and 118.46 is too slow, can't you just do trial and error?

ALSO the song might not have a static BPM - I recommend you use DDReam or something.
