If you don't have a AAA and you're tied, " ***IMPROVE OR TIEBREAK*** " will be next to your name. You either have to improve your score or play the tiebreaker. Note that if you AAA the tiebreak, but...

Exactly. Overall Rank is just an indication of how many points you have accumulated. What I take into account is Overall Rank WITH Games Played, years playing, average rank, multiplayer level......
