October would be great. I'm not sure why it wouldn't. Games which get released in October which are of AAA calibur still get a HUGE boost for the holidays. A console would be no different.

I suggest everyone check out all the media they can for Rayman Raving Rabbids. Seems poised to be a real surprise title. Super Mario Galaxy also will probably not launch alongside the console...

Probably not. Recent rumor is saying that the Wii is great to develop for, but the entire development cycle ends up being comparable to that of the 360 because of the amount of time which is needed...
