All of the good players use it. You saying that it's lame to use two hands is worse than telling an ITG player than using the bar is cheating--it's not only ignorant, it's simply just wrong....

Alternatively, if those are too fast, you can also do Straight to Video--also on page 2 of Rock. Great jump practice.

None of the songs sound like they are covered by FFR permissions. If you would like to see what artists have songs that you can step from, you should take a look at the Artist Blanket Permissions...

Ratchet, if you find it hard to time the arrows to the timing windows, simply do this: Follow the music's beat spot on. Each color subdivides the beats:

Quarter Notes = Red
Eighth Notes = Blue...
