I think they'd more likely hunt for the blocker or me rather than worry about offing you right away. I didn't want to jump on a random that night because I didn't want to protect a wolf from a shot...

How I'd look at it as town vs wolf is totally different. Early game as a wolf I'd want to wipe out as many people as possible to leave little behind.

Less people puts them closer to winning though, wiping people out faster leaves less information for town to go off of. So I feel opposite on this here.
