5TH MIX IS HERE! HOORAY FOR ME! XD

Ah yes here comes another healingvisionangelicmix DDR thread, I should really stop post whoring this board XD Anywho, last night I went to Wonderland entertainement center where they normally have two DDREX Machines. Well the first one was occupied so i stepped up to the other one and BAM what do ya know? I look up at the sign, and it says 5th mix! W00T! When i saw it i practically screamed, mainly because all of the machines in the entire city are DDREX, and I'm glad to see a new mix. Another thing, I also noticed that they FINALLY unlocked the secret songs on the DDREX machine! w00t! THREE CHEERS FOR ME! Hip Hip HOORAY! Hip Hip HOORAY! Hip Hip...oh screw that. So yeah, all in all, i'm super happy and I'm hyped to go back and play tomorrow. Does anyone got some good songs that I you think are good on that mix? So far the only ones I've tried are bumble bee *my new favorite song* and stomp to my beat.

uhhhh, wouldn't you rather have a Extreme machine than a 5th mix, because fifth mix songs are really lame, Bumble Bee for instance makes me want to kill myself.

Pfft the steps are fun, I'm not completely into those supersuper fast songs, except most of the paranoias, afronova, HVAM, and maybe some others.

vxdx it's nice to have a different selection of songs... even though 5th mix is pretty old, it has songs that aren't on DDREX. I like the fact that when I'm at college I can play on a max2 machine, and at home I can play extreme. It gives me a wider selection of songs, which rocks.

you could hook the pad up to the pc with sm and play any song you want

actually i have 1st 2nd 3rd 4th 5th max2 and extreme mixes all on sm...plus there are many remixes you cant find anywhere else

i don't have a good pad or an adapter, so that's not really a good option for me :p

I understand about different songs, but I personally would rather play an extreme machine, which I play all the time, than a 5th mix.

anywho, i would like 5th mix alongside ddrex at my arcade, but i still definitely want ddrex more. i do love bumblebee though. and mey arcade is gonna get beatmania IIDX soon! and they jsut got dancefreaks. all the awesome games are coming. and for one week, they have ddrex set on free play

5th mix.. try Romance no Kamisama (by Judy Crystal under R, should be the last one under ABC sort).
Also, Hot Limit (long version) is a really good one :D
Moonlight Shadow pwnz, although it's super easy, B4u glorious style pwnz (long version), aswell as that Shooting Star by Bang is AWESOME >_<
DXY! is good but if you're a heavy player and can't pass stuff like Waka Laka don't even bother :p
Electro Tuned (Subs Mix) is good too, although on EXtreme machines too.
No Limit, Night in Motion are also good ones to try, and also some ppl hate this song, but it's alright, Odoru Ponpokolin is good too. The Cube 0wnz >_<
And the last one... gotta be TRIBAL DANCE :D
All the songs mentioned are all very good songs (as in listening to, all with good steps too, some harder then others ofc).
Try all of them, I'm sure most will become your favourites to play :p

LOL I'm not as good as most of you think I am. I'm a Standard player ;) but yeah I'm starting to get into Heavies. So far I can pass R3, Sexy Planet, and B4U on Heavy, but that's all I can really think of, and I really doubt that there are many others. DXY! has good steps, I like them, but the song is just kinda er....repetitive? Yeah not my type. I'll try the other songs that you suggested though, I'm going back to the arcade this weekend, so I'm sure I'll get a chance.
