I wish I had a PS2. If I had it, I would probably pay the $$$. But, I don't.

Also, World of Warcraft and Starwars Galaxies sound too sweet to be true. :D

Also too expensive to be true. :cry:

I played MMORPGs for 2 and a half years. They are a waste of time and money because people always ruin them by cheating.

For RPGs, go buy one that is single player.

In fact, for any game, make sure that the single player is very good before even going into multiplayer.

This applys to all games, save shooters.

I would I played ffx 2 the other day and it was so cool it has a better stroy line then ffx but it was hard to make out because it was the japan game :wink:

but it looks good :!:

Well, i imported a chinese version of ffx-2 and must i say it's awesome. it's exactly what i expecte and maybe a bit more too. Well i live in canada, so ffxi isn't out yet, BUT :P i have 2 friends who are currently in the middle of beta testing it, and i've played it, and must i say it's AWESOME. it's definitely worth it. Up to my knowledge, it's only 5$ a month, and when you really think about it, it's quite worth it. Square-Enix is gonna need alot of money to keep those servers up and running

yup, 3 bucks canadian. if you really think about it, it's just about right. seriously think about HOW MANY people will be playing all across the world? those 3 dollars per person will keep square enix's servers running for a loooooong time

meh, c'mon it's 3 bucks. the game's gonna be like around the 100's. and then you need to get the keyboard and the hdd and cable for the ps2 version if that's what you want. they're not gonna bother, well i wouldn't atleast

$3 candian an month? They're going out of business, too little cash flow. Unless you count buying FFXI the actual game, then they might make it. (blizzard's business model, with an osmall monthly fee)

it's already possible to hack FFXI, at least in theory.

blizzard is free... well think about HOW MANY PPL ARE GONNA BE PLAYING ALL ACROSS THE WORLD?! 3$ is plenty. Also, i went to ffinsider.net there's a rumor that there will be an arcade version to use. i figure it's a ripoff. i mean like what, you pay 1$, maybe 2$ to play once. and yet you could play at home as much as you want for only 3$ cheapskates(sp?)
