I want to know what version of photoshop is the best? Like what one should I try and get? I want to learn how to make a banner and background for songs that I make for stepmania so I want to know. Thanks.

No, the newest version is CS. www.adobe.com , download the free trial and see if you like it. (you will) Then get it from Kazaa or something.

And 7 sucks, 6 or CS is best.

I like 7 better than 6, of course I tried getting CS but it turns out you need windows 2000 +

Er... why do people still run Windows boxes without XP? It's obviously the best version of Windows... sigh, oh well. Get 6 if your OS doesn't support CS.

Yeah, I like 6 more than 7. But seven was still good. I havent tried CS yet though.

Why would anyone like 6 over 7? They are pretty much the exact same.

You could, you know, be an honest person and not pirate it. Get something freeware, like TheGIMP.

ME>XP for realz. XP is way to user friendly, it's like designed for people who know nothing about computers. (Yes, I have used both, one on each of my comps)

And I'm got a burned CD of photoshop 7 today, so I'll post what I think later... probably tomorrow.

ME needs taken out and shot. That version was a quick release and has horrible bugs in it. If you didn't got to windows update every second, you were in trouble. All the user friendliness can be turned off too. Mine looks pretty much like 2000 with advanced features.

Use TheGIMP, its the closest freeware image program to photoshop. It cant do as much, but its damn close. And, its multi window display.

But heh, I totally pirated photoshop, and other programs, I could send t to you on MSN or whatever, no problem...

Kawser, I would be eternally grateful if you could send me Photoshop...I really want it like woa (I was gonna get it from my friend but he's being stupid and lazy, so I figure it'll take him a few years before he actually gets around to doing it) and I can't find it on Kazaa.
