Socom 3, the sequel to the popular Socom2 game is coming out September 13th. With new features as customizable weapons, which effect your speed, vehicles, which can be disabled or enabled, an improved interface with the buddy list and clan list, with 32 spots in a clan; the up of max players to 32 in a game, which means very big maps, though you can reduce the size of the map to be proportianed with the number of players. This looks to be a good game, and I can't wait for it to come out.

I want this game so bad. I <3 Socom 2, I've played it online since January '04 and beaten it on Admiral countless times.

I played it since October of 03, and at one time was ranked 89, I have over 1200 hours in it. I already pre-ordered it. If enough FFR people play, we could start a clan.

Also, you can escort the hostages via vehicles, though, their is no planned downloadable content atm. Hopefully the amount of glitches will be drastically decreased.

I already have a clan :P We won a couple seasons on this one ladder and we do GameBattles only cause most every other ladder site collapses after a month or two.

..Ya.. That was pretty smooth Moogy... It's a third person shooter that can switch to first person but no one does or else they get F'd in the A. Have you seen any new videos on S3, TPS? There's third person thermal now and you can extract hostages in the vehicles and whatnot, quite extravagant and amazing.

Well, I always had 3rd person thermal vision anyways :) . Yea, but I hate Zipper so much, they could have improved on so many details, and they didn't. Make it so that you can assign ranks to people in your clans. Recruiter, War Finder etc. Leaving it all up to the leader is retarded. I also wish they had voice messaging, leave a recorded message to your friend. Customizeble weapons will be hot, one thing they HAVE to do, is do a kick-ass job beta testing it, if there is as many glitches in it as the first 2, I will hate it.
