I love all of it.First time I saw it , I was still in high school (yea,that was awhile ago for me).I thought it was dumb b/c it was a fluff episode.Saw it again in college , and was hooked.Been watching it ever since.They havent made new episodes for almost 8 years tho.It just took a while to catch a large audience in the US.my favorite parts...hmmm.....Tree of might , Saiyan saga, buu saga,hell all of it.Brolly is rad.

I went and looked it up, for any interested,I dunno sounds kinda sketchy to me.Anyway:

Dragonball AF Story /

DBAF takes place around 120 years after the Frieza Saga. At this time Goku is off going from planet to planet training and he comes across one planet which looks absolutely beautiful, he goes onto this planet for training and finds that all the people there look perfect, and also the gravity is 1000 times that of earths so he figures its ideal for training for a little while. He also meets this stunningly beautiful woman there who try's to seduce goku however goku resists because of his heart belonging to Chi-chi, she senses this but makes love to him in his dreams. Shortly after Goku leaves the planet and as he leaves, the planet turns into silver and it disappears totally as well as everyone who inhabited it! Since the woman was a god and created a perfect illusion for goku she also sensed how powerful he was, she wanted to have his baby and create the ultimate being. Anyway around 120 years later she gives birth to a child named Xicer who is naturally born as a super saiya-jin 5 and is 1 year old, since he is half god and half saiya-jin he is the ultimate being however he is pretty much useless as he needs to be trained by someone great, his father obviously, Goku, so he goes off in search of his real father to be trained by him and become the greatest warrior in the universe from which his mother wants him to be.

300 years ago goku ,gohan died but where considered ultimate ancestors because of there power levels, goten was still live and well cause him and trunks where equal strength and granted eternal life from dende. They had all seven dragonballs plus the alfa ball. for a while and soon decided to wish back Goku, Gohan Vegeta Andriod 16 And Shella(trunks daughter) they do that but then a dude called boronks comes(ally like vegeta) and is angry he didn't get his wish to be the strongest ever! So then he fights goku and goku gets pounded and was on the verge of dieing again but gotten level 5 gets angry(as he does) and fuses with goten level 5 and creates Gotenks(the dude with red hair) level 5 and takes on boronks but also gets a pounding but eventully get the fusion earrings from dende and fuses also with gohan level 5 (the new created airings allows up to 3 fuses!) and creates hantenks-the ultimate version and gives boronks a pounding, then they take the airings off and calm down the talk to boronks and then eventually decide to become allies (boronks is still pretty dodgey!, like vegeta).

Here are a bunch of rumors:
1. There are 6 super saiyan levels
2. New fusion earrings wear created (fusion with up to 3 people!)
3. Goten has had a new born baby!
4. Boronks is a huge guy bigger than brolly he is a SSJ3 and is anxious to be stronger than Ancestor Goku SSJ5 but Goku still has level 6!
5. Everyone fuses and become gohnvegpandenpicclhurclegotentrunktenks.
6. Nothing is in production, and nothing is planned. There is no Dragonball AF. Most rumors of a new series come from fan manga drawn in Japan, otherwise known as "doujinshi." Generally, these comics are very well-drawn, and can easily be mistaken for Toriyama's work. However, they are fan-made, and are not considered a part of the DB universe.
7. It's a Spanish comic book they are making a cartoon version for the US
8. Vegeta and Trunks Fuse
8. Gotenks goes SSJ4,
9. Gohan becomes another form of Mystic Saiyan.
10. Goku has the power of the dragonballs and can grant wishes like the Dragon.
11. Goku reaches Super Saiyan level 5 The power he receives is too much for him, and he becomes the bad guy. In DBAF Vegeta gets to play the good guy trying to stop "the evil Goku".
13. They will be making around 250 episodes.
14. In DBAF Vegeta goes ssj5 and 6 and becomes the strongest.
15. DBAF is in Portugal, Italy and in Japan.

AF is not real. Dragonball has been out of production since the early to mid 90s. There is no way that Toei is going to start production on another crappy continuation of the Dragonball line after GT did so terribly. Also, GT sucked. Also, the Buu saga sucked. You know why the Buu saga sucked? Because Toei pressured Toriyama to make more episodes after the Cell games (Toriyama wanted the series to end with Gohan taking over as protector of Earth), and he gave in.

If anything AF may be a doujinshi. Definitely not a whole series though, and definitely not an official part of Dragonball.

That said, I guess my favorite part was when Gohan became SSJ2 for the first time. That part was awesome.

PS don't argue with me about the AF thing, because I'm like a god of knowlege about DBZ. I know what I'm talking about.

btw one of my fav parts was tien blasting cell back into his hole again and again,just good to see a mid level char whoopin a little a$$.Also liked it when krillin sliced off Frieza's tail.


edit: i will contest one point with afrobean. If its made, its real,though maybe not official.hell, you i'm sure know that gt wasnt part of Toriyama's doing, it was a half assed merchandising scheme, and it showed.I still cant help but to love the whole thing tho.I think part of being a fan is at least admiring another fan's devotion ( to the point where they create their own story lines,art ,etc-----not saying quality is good or bad,just admiring the effort)

Ahh man Dbz that takes me back alittle. I watched all the episodes when I was younger. Dang that was fun.

My fav character is Goten, and my fav part of the series is either when Goten turned SSJ, when Goten and Trunks fought in the Junior-Budokai, or when Gohan turned SSJ 2.

It wasn't until two weeks ago that I got back into the DBZ scene. Man oh man did I used to know my stuff. Time to catch up, I guess.

I can't really say what my favorite part is. There are a lot of little instances - It's the story as a whole that makes me love it so much, not just bits and pieces.

I liked the final episode of the cell saga. That one was the most awesome thing because I had no idea that Gohan could even conduct a Kamehamea (sp?) wave with one arm. Sure goku was just a ghost or something, but Gohan having enough power to defeat cell in that GIANT wave of energy was just awsome. I was wired the whole time.

[EDIT] Kagome311, you are mistaken. Gohan did not go SSJ2. He used his rage on cell, giving the decieving image that he was more powerful than cell in almost every way, with cell realising he was in his last possible fight for human existance.

From what I remember, I only saw images of what Dragonball AF was, and all I could think was that it must be the short of Art Fan, or Art Fiction...I saw pictures of SSJ7 Goku (with Gold/Silverish Hair that go like twice as long as SSJ3...) and SSJ4 Pan (that was gross -- and impossible) so u know...

Now really children. DB has been going on in Japan, but really, in america Gohan was supposed to be the last hero in DBZ. Just after he beat cell, that is why there was a HUGE pause in the DBZ universe. He had to draw up another storyline because he was pressured into it, causing Gohan to not be the last hero. AF if not real, but DBZ: Legacy, and DBZ: Prophecy are real in Japan.
