After speaking with the other council members, we have acted upon the information given to us. If ANYONE has a cached copy of the jTWG III thread before it was deleted, PLEASE send it to me so that it may be reviewed to make sure our ruling is accurate.

The ruling being handed down, swiftly and smoothly, is a 1-game ban on Snapps for violations of the TWG Rules. Specifically, for posting a conversation held with the host. Also, it is unlikely that Gamepro will be allowed to host again. That is not definate, of course, and in the end determined by those playing the game.

What gamepro thought was harmless information to give out, was actually sensitive material that snapps was prying at. Because Gamepro was unaware of Snapps' aim, he shouldn't deserve a ban. It was only until after Snapps had utilized it and told gamepro about it that gamepro submitted. I don't think he deserves anything, but should use more caution

It all depends on how Gamepro gave in. If he was being truely pressured non-stop by them then I think it may be understandable and not entierly his fault. This sounds like what happened. Snapps and other individuals involved... Wow just wow, you're disgusting. Play the game the way it was meant to be played, I have no respect for cheaters.

I agree with Lupin, Gamepro does not deserve a ban. I believe that a jTWG should not only be used as a learning experience for the players, but also for the hosts. Gamepro was being too vocal about the game to the players and I think he can learn from this.

Also, I have something else to say off the topic of Gamepro and Snapps. I think we should discuss why that first chat sucked so bad to prevent it from happening again. That's what made Deltro quit, and it's also why Neonatrias isn't signing up for this one. I think it's an important issue that needs to be looked at.

Ok I updated the list. And I can halfway agree with Tass. I don't mind if I'm the host for only this one jTWG game. Also, if I'd be allowed into TWG, I'd never want to host a TWG game. If after this game is over, you guys actually like me as a host and really want me to host another game I may do so.

Oh and about Gamepro as a host. It was a moderate screw up giving out the information, at most it was worth a ban but in the least its pretty noob. My only real problem (and plz don't take this personally), are his writing skills. Not subject matter but technique. Crappy writing. No offense but your writing sucks can we get a new host just to make it more fun for everyone?

You don't volunteer to host this game and not expect pressure. It comes with the job.

How well someone deals with the pressure is what separates the good hosts from the bad.

You know unrealistic dialogue, unamusing and cliched verbs, the usual.

I got an idea for the theme.
If you want horro then you can use The Suffering as the theme.

I played that game and it freaked me out.

I remember i walked down the hall, then this guy came up to me and i turned around and screamed and shot his ass till i ran out of bullets.
I turned his ass into swiss cheese.

Then when everything was done and he fell down dead, i laughed my ass off, then restarted.

ANYWAY

IT was a horror game so i think it would do nicely as a theme

OMG, how could you forget Zoidberg's name (Crab Guy?). I've been thinking of how that idea would work for a while. Story would be very open and most likely hilarious. Creative names could be made for the special roles. I actually think it would work out great too, and if Gamepro doesn't do it, someone else eventually will.

I agree with Demon on the Suffering theme. Even though I love the Family Guy and Futurama, I find it really hard to believe that a cool and interesting storyline would be created and that would probably destroy my love for the shows. I remember playing The Suffering and that game freaked me out, that would be an awesome theme or maybe even Clock Tower.
