    Puzzle Bobble Online

Alright, I have found the best game ever. And it's online.

I will walk you through downloading and installing this, so you may play online. Hopefully we can get a bunch of FFRers on it.

Step 1 : Click the blue-green ball with an arrow in it on the menu to the left.
This will take you to http://www.pbo.jp/bobrun/15.html

Step 2 : Click the link at the top with the text Ver.1.5.0.1 next to it. Or just go to this link. http://www.pbo.jp/bobrun/files/pbo_full_1501.exe Download and install the game. Now, this is important. Do not try to run the game from your computer. It is much like O2JAM in the fact that you must sign up and run the game online. Don't worry, I'll walk you through this as well.

Step 3 : Click on the GIGANTIC login button on the left. This will take you to https://www.pbo.jp/bobrun/01.asp

Step 4 : Click on the uppermost blue button on this page. It is directly above some other buttons. It will take you to https://www.pbo.jp/bobrun/14.html , where you can register an account.

Step 5 : Register. Self-explanatory, seeing as the fields are in English. Fields with (必須)in red text next to them are required.

Step 6 : Check your email for a link to confirm registration. Click it.

Step 7 : Return to the login screen ( https://www.pbo.jp/bobrun/01.asp ) and login.

Step 8 : Note: You must use IE for these steps. Click the highlighted start button. It should say 2 with some Japanese over it.

Step 9 : You should be taken to another page, where a prompt to download the Puzzle Bobble Launcher will appear (IE only). Accept it. If it does not appear, click the retry button.

Step 10 : You're playing the game! Most of it is self-explanatory, but I'll describe it anyway. If you have played O2JAM, it is very similar to that. Click create to create a game, where you can set options and various things. You can click the "Single" button in the bottom right corner to play a single player game. To join a game, just click on it.

    Controls :
Left arrow key - Move launcher left
Right arrow key - Move launcher right
    Space bar - Fire bubble

If you don't know how to play the game, it's very simple. Simply get 3 of the same color bubbles together and they'll disappear. You can also create combos and chains and stuff. It's very easy to figure out. The object is to clear the board before your opponents do. It supports up to 4 people per game.

Alright people, let's play some PUZZLE BOBBLE - ONLINE!

I play this game at the arcade all the time, it's awesome. I found this program a while ago also, but I couldn't get it to run on windowsxp. I'll try again.

Edit: In reply to moogy's post (below).

Ok troubleshooting time. I logged in, everything is fine until I get into the game. There are no games and no one is in there. I'm assuming this is because of either my firewall or router. Are there any ports I should have opened or anything? Or is that how it's supposed to be?

That's how it's supposed to be, as far as I can tell. Apparently it's not very popular in Japan. But hey, that doesn't matter. We can make our own games and stuff. And there's always single player mode.

Thanks, Moogy. I'm registered and ready to play, except that whenever I login and hit "Start", it always tells me to Retry. Even on IE. Possibly because absolutely nobody is on it... We'll have to designate a time somehow.

              My username is obviously "Squeek".

For some reason, at that screen that says retry after you login and press the start button it goes to the setup wizaed thing and goes to the download and installation part but it doesn't move. Should I just leave it overnight?
