All the independent fact-checkers out there can tell you that Clinton's speech is not only chock-full of facts and figures, but they're all pretty much true. There are a couple questionable claims here and there, perhaps hyperbolized/exaggerated for effect, but on the whole, it's a pretty legit speech that encapsulates the state of things quite nicely:
