When did FFR return?

I apologize if this has been asked frequently, but when did FFR return?

I seem to remember the site was inaccessible for the longest period of time. I check on it randomly after a few years and it's online again. Glad it's back, but how long has it been?

I don't remember all the details about the down time, I know there were server issues. iirc it caught on fire or something. Plus I think there were some permission issues as well. I'd have to find the post from synth, it's been almost a year since the return lol.
