I can't seem to get my bearings after that damn U/D jump in the stream - I hit it fine but I'll get a good maybe two or three steps after.

EDIT: Yeah, it's normally a down arrow but because I mirror, it becomes an up-arrow. Either way, that last stream is something I nail just about 100% of the time.

Same thing happens to me too a lot; I'll be playing normally and suddenly one of my hands decides to crap out. I drop a lot of FC's that way. Honestly, I think the best way to overcome it is to just keep practicing songs that test your stamina. And maybe do some stretching or warming up beforehand I guess.

It's a reverse spin. You can also technically jumptrill it since it's all one frame intervals on the 32nds for each hand, but you'd have to worry about boos and the 16th transition in the beginning that would make a minijack
