Mash (@ jumptrill [12][34] or hit as quad depending on pattern). Pay attention to not waste energy and look at how fast the patterns are looking to estimate how much you should. Use a lower speedmod too, it will help "reading" and will feel more comfortable. You don't need to mash the first patterns at beginning or the jack but once it gets more dense get ready for it. Pay attention to around 1450 combo there's a quick mini-jack-ish pattern and you need to slightly tap faster than usual. That's about it. Focus on getting a full combo at all cost and work on pa etc. once you get the hang of it. It may eventually lead to nearly not mashing if you're actually fast. Oh yeah, don't "outmash" the song, just follow the patterns. Getting early good/averages etc. may lead to unnecessary mashing to keep beat.

Oh yeah, light tap keys when you mash. It's when you mash too hard that it ends up choking for obvious reasons..

I'll probably get Holy Orders once I fix my bad habit of hard tapping the 32nd trills. I got my 2-0-0-2 on a random run and decided to try light tapping them and that part got magically AAA'd. You should teach me to Lolo one day. :P

I kinda semi-mash RATO. I actually "play" the beginning, until I get to the vibrating part, then I mash a little and then start hitting the up and right arrows but mash with my left hand :cool: this decreased my boo count by so much, in fact from 500 to 400 then to about 200something, and hence rank 20. I'm still kinda mashing, cause I don't give a shit about the file, just want the FC.

Yea, it's actually a pretty decent score, the rolls can generate up to 50 goods EASILY if you're not a D5'er, so considering that, and the fact that you didn't mash it (which is proved by your boocount), I'd say that's a sick score from D3'er :)
