I Can't Login To My Other Account???

My other account's username was Stru and for some reason I can't log in to it. It's saying my username/password isn't recognized and then when I go to the "Forgot Password" thing, I type my email address and it says my email isn't even recognized. I tried this on two different computers, on two different web browsers. Caps lock isn't on, and I never had a problem before. My profile is still there, so it's not like I got suspended or anything.

But really, wtf? Can I please have my profile back? I want all my stats, tokens, etc. I wanted to play Strangeprogram and I was like 500 credits away from getting it :/
