Also I genuinely believe he was weird and that he was trying to cover it up so

What scares you about lynching Mashi? I'm probably voting him because I'm more worried about a cult ATM since their numbers grow but wolves don't.

1. you don't know what kitb means
2. this doesn't sound like anything that can't be solved merely by lynching zenith on d3. my concern at the moment is that lynching zenith right now potentially makes it harder to find a mafia on d3 since town probably loses 2 more people in the night
3. this part i really didn't want to say but here goes: if we lynch a mafia today, mafia will have to worry about the cult way more than town does before it gets down to 7 people. cult obviously gets free conversions so mafia must kill the CL if they want any chance of winning, and i'd say they have a pretty good chance of doing just that

1. In the situation I explained, there would be 4 votes on Zenith due to his Hated Modifier and 4 votes on any other Player due to the 3 Humans + Zenith. Why is that not a KitB?
2. Assuming Wolves don't go for confirmed Humans (since they may be guarded), shouldn't that make it easier to find Wolves, since the Player pool has dwindled?

I ISOd mashi since he's in the unconfirmed pool (will be going through Charu jrodd and fg too) and wanted to post some thoughts. Not doing DaBackpack since he's lock clear still

I feel like Mashi might be anti town based on his willingness to pair with nighthawk. Taking into consideration he might be the cult leader, there's a chance he's only pushing to lynch Zenith now so he can convert nighthawk next phase. It would make their pairing seem like a town sided thing and not two cultists stacked on one another.

If I was planning to look Human with Nighty, why didn't I vote Zenith with Nighty last Day Phase? Why wouldn't I have just culted Nighty last Day Phase and not put myself in the spotlight by pushing a Zenith vote? I told Nighty explicitly that I would try to help him get Zenith lynched Day 2 since I felt like that was an optimal time to do (not too early for us to throw away information from a Day 1 lynch, not too late for Wolves or Cult to lynch rush us).

I will have to check through Jrodds posts to see if Mashi potentially recruited him for DREAM TEAM stunts.

j-rodd and I are confirmed non-Cult Leader because we didn't recruit each other tbh

There is the possibility he could be another jester but based on how he's playing the game, it seems like he's put in too much effort.

As for Mashi being a potential wolf, I need to read through the rest of the unconfirmed folk to see his interactions with them. Comparing him to last game in which he was a human, I feel it lands closer to that, so he's either town or a third party.

The only potential Wolf Partner I could have from your perspective if we remove bussing is j-rodd, I think. And I don't think Wolves would bus in this kind of setup.

it's impossible for zenith to be involved in a kitb unless it's with another hated, because he "wins" any ties he's in
also it's impossible for anyone to hit 4 votes and be in a kitb when there are 7 players because instalynch is, in fact, 4

I forgot that part of the Modifier. Regardless, it still doesn't change that even in non-KitB situations, the 2 extra votes on him don't help.

Regardless, it doesn't look like Zenith's being lynched today and I'm fine with a Charu lynch so Charu.

we get a 20% higher chance of hitting mafia at random assuming there is only one nightkill power and a weak/no CL. however, we lose one player who's definitely acting town-aligned, most likely lose someone who's trying to kill mafia (whether town or cult) as the nightkill, and probably lose a confirmed human to the cult (one of freaky/storn, even though i suspected one of them is already converted). is that worth it?

So yeah hitting Charu or Roundbox is arguably the best two situations for town at the moment, other options either are deadends or far more detrimental than we realize
