3: I do, although significantly less than FFR. I heard about upping judge to make it harder to get perfects to, ya know, try and force you to improve, but I havent tried that yet.

Actually, what I found to be more effective was to go and AAA all of the hard songs. This gets you used to the FFR judging system. My PA went through the roof when I started to go for AAA's.

I'm 3-fingered, so I don't have to do them one-handed rofl. I just hit them like I hit any other trill.
Got both goods between 1200 and 1300, not on any trills, probably on some 4-framer stuff, and probably because I was getting slightly shaky at that point.
