D3 already has a AAA?! Aight Dingles, challenge accepted...
Edit: Damn, OK, given it a couple tries now. This map is a loooot of fun, just not getting it right now for some reason. That drum break towards the end is mental.
Well, I've tried for like an hour but I can't play the D3 song without buttons of lag. I'll try for a proper score later today if it fixes itself. fun chart though not too surprised there is already an AAA
Your strengths and weaknesses may never change, but they will still get better as you do, albeit disproportionately of course. You're bad at jumpstream, so just play jumpstream files. Play them for hours. Play ones you have to struggle to SDG, and play ones hard enough to make your hands and arms burn. Then play them some more. Then, the day after the next, play them again. If you aren't already doing this, you can't say you're stuck. Plateauing doesn't really exist, if you aren't improving it means you haven't put in the effort needed to improve, or your effort has been misapplied. It's more of a problem at really high levels, but never totally concrete.
There we go 12-0-1-4 on my first lagless run for D3, I feel like I would have done just as well on a sightread. This song is waaaaaay easier than round one I'll be able to get 5 or less if I really need to to clear the round. I feel like with a bit of practice the fast part midway through won't be very difficult.
I'm definitely feeling this song waaaay more than the round 1 song. Looking forward to shaving off goods as opposed to mashing keys wildly and hoping for the best.
I'm managing to AAA everything until the drop hits.
Then the goods/misses appear.
am I going to have to revoke the Cornblast Seal of Approval in light of new evidence that the meme quotient was not as high as it should have been
There used to be mini jumpjacks like the ones in oppIrish, and there was a 4-note jack at 190-ish BPM in the first 20 seconds or so (it's a left-handed trill now). The meme quotient isn't as high but it flows better IMO so whatever
