Games with OSTs on youtube usually have nice songs, since people took the time to share them. I tend to find shmup music often steppable, too.

My pro-tip is lurk in the downloads section of khinsider. They have free music from a bunch of vgm albums, even arrange tracks. This is where I found Hope & Joy Peace & Love.

If you search enough, you're garanteed to find something.

Games with high price tags on ebay generally have solid OSTs, too. Music drives prices more than intuition would suggest. See what you can find (racketboy.com has nice lists)

I will add to that solid advice MN gave by saying, also search by composer. Especially if you have one game where you really like the music, find out who composed it and track down their other games, see who they've worked with that has a similar style, etc.

I see what you're trying to do but I want to jam out to the song, not watch blank space in between flute segments bro, it just feels off-kilter. I wanted to say amazing file but it's still not at it's full potential. Would need to see what the other judges say.

can u tell me the offset? I honestly thought this was perfectly sync'd until I received different kinds of feed back.

If its an offset issue Id like to know it,

but if its a manual sync issue I will have to manually sync it.

or if its an issue with the placement of the notes, I will have to drop the color theory and go with rainbow notes.

With the current sync, I noticed most of the 12th's and 48ths were actually 32nds. Depending on what problem this is, I can fix it. If the sync is tht bad I would rather just rainbow all the notes to sync and drop the expressivemanio
