Unbelievable AAA, Bynary. You are on pace to outshine all one handers who have ever played the game in every way. Your achievements continue to amaze!

Btw, I thought on some of those videos you used your index on the down key for up-down jumps (perhaps I am incorrect, though). Isn't that more conventional, rather than standard?

To Bolth mannn: I play Standard one handed, and have just practiced to the point that I can hit up-down trills faster than right-down trills now. I tend to slide down to the down key. I recommend setting a song up on Stepmania with only up-down trills and just training, trying different speeds, etc. I've never done this, but it would make a lot of sense.

Amazing stuff there Bynary!

And as for the race to 200 AAA's. Redsky has really went crazy lately getting AAA's. I am far behind man. I can only think of a number of songs to AAA. It is only a matter of time before I run out of booflags and blackflags. After they are gone; what will I do!?

Well anyway; hopefully you won't achieve 200 too fast because I am going to need a lot of time! You are doing great! Keep it up man!

LoL - I'm only 1/4 of the way there. There are still a LOT of songs to go, like 62! Even if I AAA all the 6s and belows (which will NOT happen during this contest. Stupid blue arrows), that will leave me with 30 left to go, which must be D or VD (because I'm not touching Cs right now). I've been getting better, but it's much harder to AAA at this level for me. Of course, I accidentally played Driveway [Heavy] instead of Driveway [Standard] and did better on the VD than the Tricky! 1065-2-0-0-0. Stupid long rock songs.

Back on topic: Card Man, most of my AAAs so far have not been BFs (either one). I'm willing to bet when you start playing through those other SDGs or worse you'll find a bunch that make you say "Why didn't I AAA this before?"

So, re: PA, clarinet89, if you want to get better faster, play Stepmania. It gives you more information about timing partly because Marvelouses require more precise timing than Perfects. Also, unless you're a one-handed god like Bynary and can AAA songs while all kinds of shinanigans are going on in the background (which is part of why his videos make me laugh so hard), it helps to be able to really focus. I do best on PA when I'm not distracted by other noises or any other motion in my visual field. I find it's also helpful to be able to hear the taps of my fingers, which gives additional aural feedback about how precise I am (or am not) being.

I have AAA'ed Outside the Skies for the longest. When the token first came out I got it. Anyway, thanks for the words of inspiration Redsky. It means a lot to me to know that you are also in this to watch each other get better instead of ONLY being in this for pure competition.

Hey guys, I'm noticing that half the current top 30 in the list is totally inactive - that throws off the competitiveness and the accuracy of it. I'm going around looking for other one handers to add to the list, but my search is coming along very slowly - as of now, I've found only four who meet the requirement for entering the list:

I'm considering giving a bounty for each one you can find. Also, I'm going to be updating the list today or tomorrow, but given how I've been unable to sleep for two days now....eh.

Well, I have tried in the past to find and promote one-handing. I love the style and sometimes I find a person who just tells me I am awesome and I find out they are also a one-hander. Most of the time, they do not have an avg rank below 4000; so I really never mention the top 30 to them unless they are close to below 4000 avg rank. I like your idea though and I am glad you have found some with potential.

Redsky is owning me by the way;

I do think that I still have many songs to AAA. I just have not done it yet. For example, yesterday I blackflagged Elements. I know I can AAA more songs, I just need to keep at it.

All I want for New Years is to get my avg rank below 1,000. Once I do this, everything after is considered a bonus to me. The only goal I have after that is to play Vertex Beta well. Less than 50 boos and misses?

Closest I have ever done was 110 boos and 112 misses.

Even if their average rank is less than the requirement needed to get on the list, tell them about it anyways. I know several people who worked on their average ranks just to get on, and when they did, stayed one handed while working on their rank continuously to maintain a spot on the list.

Not only that, but the more people know about the list, the more they can tell others about it. The thread's popularity is often attributed to word of mouth, since most don't even look around the forums.

It has been done.

I just told Hiruka_Rei . They have an avg rank of 10,000ish though. I am sure if they tried; they can make it. Just like we all did once!

Also, I have a friend who is a one-hander and he says when he gets a new monitor; he will definitely try to get better than me.

Thanks a lot man - perhaps this thread can take off in a way it has yet to do, primarily because there aren't enough people. I'm wanting to start another one handed tournament, but I'm looking for more participants this time before I begin. Maybe this way we can get others to come and be a part of the one handed community. Also, since your other friend plays spread, who's the other one who plays one handed? And
