I don't think speed mods will really help people get AAA's that much quicker.
It would certainly help for reading certain parts of songs though, especially the beginning of Rottel. I'm sure a few more people will FC it without mashing if they use speed mods.

And now I can't wait to play K8107 because:
a) Exy stepped it.
b) Difficulty 11.
c) People are having trouble FCing.

For people that are good at sm but bad at ffr they will get improve exponentially.

The only problem with mods are they make some peoples ffr lag more (mine), so with the upside of being able to read much better it lags hard.

Well it's taken me a long time to change from c800 on SM to FFR , but should find it a lot easier with the speeds mods on!
