also because i'm kind of plump, would it make sense to run and lift light weights to lose weight, or would the heavy weights and running burn fat and build the muscle more... meep. i'm trying.

and alright well once i get the forms down i'll add weight. i'm still trying to see where i fall within weight ranges on everything.
