If Reach = Penis/Truth, Bandit = Vag/False, then:
Reach would tell the truth that Bandit would say that Reach did not have a penis.
Bandit would lie and say that Reach would say that Bandit did have a penis.
So, you'd do the opposite of what the answer is. If you reverse it, it still works...
Basically, the trick is to ask a question so that no matter who answers it, it will be a lie. That way you know you just have to do the opposite. So posing a question that forces the answerer to go through both people guarentees that the answer will be lie, since 1 person lying and 1 telling the truth will always result in a lie.
