le blanc's utility comes from her early game lane domination and early-mid game team suppression via heavy no-commitment spike damage, but her skill set/cooldowns don't support her as a late game ap carry and if you can survive her barrage of absolute ******ry for the first half hour her late game really turns into a "stun and run" type of play where she becomes a complete non-factor in any team fights against a well balanced team
she's more the type of hero I would pick were I expecting to be playing against a quintuplet of ds 3 year olds who ragequit after being ganked once
tl;dr powerful early game but after mid-game has passed she's just dead weight, a hero that's good at running away is just that. good at running away.
ps. looking to 5v5 anyone with a team that might be floating around here
