you could also practice doing wall sits or something so you get the idea of sitting in a chair that isnt there
Everyone learns these types of things at a different pace. A lot of it has to do with basic anatomy and physiology specific to the person. Everyone has something that feels better for them than someone else.

That and there's always more to learn. I mean, my squat form is pretty good, but sometimes when you start trying to squat nearly 2x your body weight, you start thinking a lot more about moving the weight than your form lmao. It's a whole new learning experience all over again at that point.

It keeps things interesting. If it was all super simple, the gym wouldn't be all that interesting IMO.

You need to keep your chest upright.

I think that is my problem -- if I hold my chest up high, then I don't sit back. If I sit back, my chest comes forward. dafuc

I gots me some EPO. Time to dope up some races and win those bitches.

In all seriousness it's not for me but I got a chuckle out of how absurdly easy it is for a hospital worker to bring home such a substance.

As for squat form, already looks better than pretty much everyone I see squatting in the gym.

I wouldn't sweat it too much buddy. Back looks tight with minimal buttwink, which is by far the most important thing, looks controlled.

Protein. It’s every bodybuilder’s favorite macronutrient and for good reason. Protein is extremely essential, super satiating and amazingly anabolic. Protein is awesome… but you’re consuming too much of it. Like most myths, the belief that you should take in 1g/lb of body weight has become so deeply entrenched in the fitness world that its validity is rarely questioned. Strangely, very few people think it’s a bit too accidental that the optimal amount of protein your body can assimilate in a day is exactly 1g/lb. 2.2g/kg doesn’t sound as right, does it? Of course, I know you read my articles for their...

Yeah, I've tried running lower protein intakes (100ish grams) for several weeks at a time vs higher intakes (160+) and noticed no difference in training or gains. I decided to give it a go after a buddy of mine told me he only consumes about 120 g of protein a day while on gear (lots of it) and sees plenty of gains.

I don't think it matters much as long as you're getting a solid amount of protein in every day.

oh yeah I know, but still, even the guys on gear dont look like that haha

Would you ever take HGH? Apparently it's legal, and has lots of health benefits other than just building muscle.

Front squatted 315 yesterday, prolly would have repped it if I hadnt leaned forward and been yanked to the ground haha
