Blind only gets rid of the judgement (Marvellous, etc), but EXPAND makes the arrows fluctuate from cluttered to spread out, which is very difficult to read. You could go to the options by pressing enter twice during song selection and turn off expand, and use a cmod or different xmod. c400 and c200 should already be configured ingame.

If you want to change a cmod to something other than those two, go to your themes folder and look for metrics.ini and look for [ScreenOptionsMaster]. You can change speed mods from there.
